Welcome to the Baby Balance® Simppeli course!
We warmly welcome you to learn Baby Balance® baby massage.
Besides baby massage, this online course will teach you why baby massage is important, what common tightnesses babies experience and what might cause them. This massage method is a great home care addition to professional massage. Babies learn how to express their need for massage very early on; even at just a few months old, they’ll guide your hand to where they need treatment. Massaged children will want to massage those close to them and make them feel good as well. Massage is especially useful for calming toddlers and bringing joy to the entire family!
Early on in the training, you will be taught what causes tightnesses in babies and why all babies should be massaged. The practice portion of the course includes training videos that are split between various sections of the body. The Materials section features a shorter and longer complete baby massage video you can follow along with. You can also download a checklist of massage techniques.
